Under strong influences of thrash and death metal, but also hardcore and industrial, we create our own material under the name of Stabotage.
Everyone in the band are in their 20's and are from Borås, just outside Gothenburg. All members eat, breath and sweat music, 24-7.
We started playing together in the fall of 2005 and we've been busy playing live since. We've also completed three promos in the same amount of time. We're just now starting to write music for a full length album and we've got a lot of interesting material to go through.

Reviews of 'Vultures'
Sweden Rock Magazine:
Stabotage airs Testament, Machine Head, The Haunted and all your thrash favorites on their third demo. In a particularly mature way, I might add. I remember their last demo (New Birth Encounter) won my heart over, despite that there certainly not have been any shortage in massive Thrash Metal the last decade.
If I can have my say in the matter, Stabotage would struck the record compaies fancy, even though they would have to answer to higher demands - like wotking on the clean vocals, they already have the personality - before an album release. The way Stabotage in their intro so tastefully makes fun of commercial scums like Staind, tells me they're going to pull off such a task.

Close-Up Magazine:
I get the the chills when I'm trying to tie the knot around Stabotage. Would goth/thrash metal really be an appropriate depiction of "Vultures"? Even after ski-power metal seems less scary.
The band really shows a wide range and their aggrothrash shows its feelings in minor key. If Exodus would make a "The Blackening" we might be on to something, depiction wise. Apart from a few things there's a lot on here to be overwhelmed by. In "224" and "About To Burst" the contrasts melts together and really starts to collaborate. The famous dynamic becomes very clear.
Today Stabotage is a band to be covinced by. Maybe soon they'll be a band to be impressed by.
