I'm an artist that's trying to express himself to the core, truly. Each piece I do, seems to take a part of me, change it and then give it back! This constant state of evolving can sometimes be wearing, to many, on our lives. No matter the medium, I try and add myself to it. Pen, paint, clay, music, photos, film. You name it, I'll do it! I would love to open a local gallery to help some of the local artists get their name out... and have some really great parties too. Locally, there really isn't any place for artists to express themselves LEGALLY. It's my passion to express myself in such a manner that everyone enjoyes it but, around here it's very hard to do so.
Gettin up on private property is NOT my thing. I do use PUBLIC space though as my own.
My favorite passtime right now is graff writing. I've recently moved and have been getting up in J-Town for over a year now. I've been writing, " LIT " for 13 years and " SOA " now for 5. SOA is an acrynym for, Soldiers of Abraham. LIT is my other side. I'm a gemini and am constantly confronted with the daily dicotomy of my exsistance.
I use many different caps along the way but, I love any Transversal or German Outlines. I use Gold dots, maclains, pinks, NY fats and rustos.
Montana is my fav. paint and have been using Krylon due to accessabilty and price too. I love to use different tones together with other colors that you would never expect to run together so tight!
My biggest influences are Mark Texteria, Todd MacFarlane, Jim Lee, Greg "CRAOLA" Simkins, Blaine Fontana, Huck Gee, COPE2, DAIM, 3A crew(Totem), Cycle. Just to name a few. I admire endless others! Tara McPheRson, Joe Ledbetter, Jeff Soto, SKET1, Luke Cheuh, Doktor A, MIST, TILT, Paul Booth, Eric Larson, Jason Jacenko are REALLY big on that list. Any one who can make a living out of what they have a passion for, is such an admiration to me! It's, I think, everyones dream,NO?
Art, in its broadest meaning, is the expression of creativity or imagination. The word art comes from the Latin word ars, which, loosely translated, means "arrangement". Art is commonly understood as the act of making works (or artworks) which use the human creative impulse and which have meaning beyond simple description. Art is often distinguished from crafts and recreational hobby activities. The term creative arts denotes a collection of disciplines whose principal purpose is the output of material for the viewer or audience to interpret.""
