The restaurant distinguishes itself by introducing a new menu every 13 weeks that highlights local and seasonal ingredients and celebrates the four signature seasons of Long Island. The card entitles the bearer to a special menu that is half off as well as half off drinks. FOUR starts out Mondays with a happy hour at the bar from "FOUR" til seven, then continues the late night HAPPY HOUR from 8 to 10pm. DJ Rob James keeps the party going, all night, on the candle-lit patio 'til the wee hours. This party continues into the fall and winter with Monday Night Football shown on Long Islands largest projection screen.
