About Me

515 Broadhollow Rd (Rte. 110) Melville, NY 631.577.4444 Four Food Studio and Cocktail Salon debuted in December to critical acclaim. With a nod to Mother Nature, this New American restaurant is the brainchild of co-owners Jay Grossman and Ray Sidhom. The restaurant distinguishes itself by introducing a new menu every 13 weeks that highlights local and seasonal ingredients and celebrates the four signature seasons of Long Island. With themed rooms and drinks to match this place is HOT, HOT, HOT!!!Don't miss the debut of our "Autumn" Menu...arriving mid-September. It will highlight local dishes that utilize meats, vegetables, herbs, and spices indigenous to Long Island. To our own acclaim, Monday nights are still the hot spot for mid-Long Islanders. Our 50/50 cards have been a huge success! If you have not yet received one, please see our gracious host/hostesses who will be glad to hand one over! The card entitles the bearer to a special menu that is half off as well as half off drinks. FOUR starts out Mondays with a happy hour at the bar from "FOUR" til seven, then continues the late night HAPPY HOUR from 8 to 10pm. DJ Rob James keeps the party going, all night, on the candle-lit patio 'til the wee hours. This party continues into the fall and winter with Monday Night Football shown on Long Islands largest projection screen.

MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL ON THE BIG SCREEN!! AUTUMN MENU ARRIVING SHORTLY!!!
