If I don't know you, or you don't know me, here are some tid-bits: yes, I'm hiding under that baseball cap! I don't do photo shoots, I don't drink Martinis, I'm pretty inclined towards solitude, I don't like schmoozing much, and schmoozers even less.... if you don't like straight shooters and you can dish it out but you can't take it.... well, you probably wouldn't like me,,,, but I do.... throw one heck of a hardball and am always up for a game of catch. I like pretty dresses and raggedy old jeans, long jacquard camis, cotton and satin and silk and velvet, blue skies and stormy days alike; getting muddy in the woods, stomping in puddles, laughing and splashing my way through life;) I like watching movies with (yes, I'll admit it) my favorite Serasoft blanket (pink, ahhhhh, well, yeah... it is one of my favorite colors) ----- but I like my roses sterling.... and I LOVE to play outside!!!
Aside from being a Mom (the best part of my life, for sure), a sheeksa with chutzpa, a notoriously long e-mail writer, a nature lover, a dreamer, a screenwriter, a tiny little spec of dust really, a poet and storyteller, I am a songwriter. A lyricist, actually.
At the moment I am Celebrating Summer!!! Yayyy... Great weather, Amazing Life.... Too fun. I'm working on a bunch of stuff right now. Not just songs, but scripts and two other really exciting projects! So many adventures to choose from... Life REALLY is too short.
If you listen to any of the songs on my playlist.. Cool. Great, and... well yeahhh... thanks:) Hope you like at least one.
Drop me a line if you think you might want to write a song, go exploring, hiking, white water rafting or tubing,,,, have a cup of coffee and swap stories, or.... watch the sprinkler go from side to side, (sometimes actually a pretty cool passtime!). Don't we all. I know who my real friends are, thank God for them... and I am a very, very, lucky girl!

Songwriting, Film, Screenwriting, Photography, A Good Cup, Wyoming, Montana, Playing outside, laughing until I cry, Paris, Languages, Livigno, London, not sit-ups (but I do them anyway), stand-ups cause they make me laugh, body surfing, Moutains... because they are there, oceans... riding the waves to shore....... touching the stars sideways. The tenacity of grass that cracks concrete...

I'd like to meet:

The person whose wrapping and taping up new DVDs. We need to have a serious chat.

Music:

I like going grocery shopping for the same reason, so many killer choices of flavors and tastes.

Television:

Channel surfing the news because I can't watch any one program for more than three minutes usually. The Closer, Without a Trace, Discovery Channel, History Channel.

When necessary the Weather Channel...

Sometimes TV makes me want to take up picket signing for a new career?

Books:

I give up...Some people write, some people read.I wish I could do more of both.

Heroes:

My grandmother and my son. Walt Disney. Bugsy Moges. .... And.... There are alot of heroes out there who make this planet smile by feeding starving hearts with hope and yes, food, people who lend themselves to others with the bits and pieces of themselves they sometimes can't afford. People who search for cures for hurt with nothing but love for a laboratory and the scientists who search for money to build their own... Friends of strangers.
