FRANCHIZE THE LEGACY

PRODUCERS HIT ME UP WITH BEATS

About Me

A popular face to some and a new face to others. Franchize the Legacy is “hungry” to have his music heard around the globe. Born in Toronto, Canada, known for It’s talented producers and rappers but slept on by many. Franchize is hoping to finally make a break through for all Canadian artists.Like a lot of artists Franchize grew up with a love for sports, but didn’t know what love was until he found music. Influenced by artists such as Nas, Andre 3000, Rakim, Jay-Z and more.At a young age Franchize started doing research and studied what made these artists great. When he started putting the pieces together and it began to make more sense, he knew that this was the beginning of his aspiring music career.Franchize began writing music around early ’03 but didn’t start recording until late ’05 because he believed he hadn’t reached his potential and decided to work on his delivery and flow.In his area, battling was very popular and was an easy way to get exposure, so he didn’t hesitate and got right to it. The first couple of battles he experienced losses, so he went on a hiatus and worked on a delivery that would catch attention from all listeners. When he came back onto the battling scene he made a big impact, with records like 15-3 It’s hard not to be noticed. He was surprised at how quickly his fan base started to grow. Franchize says “The business world is about supply and demand, so if the fans demand new songs, I shall supply, you feel me?” He was noticing a lot of great battle rappers were unsuccessful because of their inability to make songs for the public. Franchize promised himself not to fall into that category. He started recording and gave his fans access to his music through a music site www.soundclick.com which received A lot of plays and positive feedback. As the years passed and he elevated and matured, he decided to upgrade to www.myspace.com where fans can read about you, message you, and find out about upcoming shows. Franchize says, “Myspace is great because you can connect with different artists and producers around the globe and just make it happen!”He noticed that a lot of rappers were calling themselves “Franchize” and did NOT live up to the name. So he added “The Legacy” at the end of it to make it self-explanatory of what he’s about. Now with a fan base larger than ever, Franchize feels it is the right time to break through the game with a NEW mixtape in the works called “No Introduction Vol.1” Hosted by Illegal Alien.Contact: [email protected] www.myspace.com/franchize2fresh"; I edited my profile at Freeweblayouts.net , check out these Myspace Layouts!
