Cowboy Rich (LPC)

The fastest man alive: like lightning in a bottle.

About Me

I'm a single guy, active in my church, and I work as a supervisor of a family based mental health program. I have a master's degree in community counseling and I really am very dedicated to helping children and their families. Outside of work I read and write science fiction, I enjoy listening to country music, and I love PS2 games. I also have an interest in superman comic books and science fiction novels.

I enjoy both going out and staying in. I like to go out for dinner, take long walks outside, watch sunsets, take long drives with the windows down and the radio up, and hang around bookstores and comic book stores. When I'm staying in, I enjoy taking in a movie or a great book. I really like to stay up late on cold winter nights and read by the fire.

"All your base are belong to us."

I'd like to meet:

Someone who values life and is out to have some good clean fun. A soul mate perhaps...someone to share the ups and downs with...not somebody who needs free therapy or needs somebody else just to live. Someone who appreciates sunsets...and sunrises. Someone who would rather read a book than get drunk every friday night...someone who wants to see life as an experience but isn't afraid to trade common experiences for special moments.

I want to be somebody's first best choice. Lately, I've been attracting women who seem to want a role model for their children or women who realize they need to settle down and the men they usually are attracted to are not the settle down type, so they 'settle' for me. I don't want to be somebody's best case scenerio, or somebody's second best since they can't have it another way with someone else. I've grown tired of being contacted by women out of desperation or by those women who wouldn't look at me ten years ago but because they've aged, gained weight, or something else they feel that I'm the 'best' they can do if they don't want to be lonely for the remainder of their lives. I don't mind if someone has baggage, or children, or some terrible past relationship. I do mind if we can't be each other's best first choice for each other.

I'm just waiting for God to send me that beautiful angel to share my life with...it seems she might be on back order at the moment...

WARNING: I'm a nice guy, which tends to eliminate most women, as the 'bad boy' tends to win out these days. To most women I'm perceived as boring and nerdy because I'm nice and honest. If you are looking for the typical alpha male, sex crazed, alcoholic, stuck in his adolesence, physically abusing, criminal record type of man, then you need to find another profile to look at. Sorry, but I'm not your guy. If you are interested in a grown up relationship, then please read on. With that said...

Please, take a moment and send me a message. Go ahead, don't be shy! I LOVE hearing from new people and old friends!

Cowboy's Pickup Lines: "Hi, I'm Rich but only in name." "So, would you like to learn how you can save a horse tonight?" "Hi. If I said you had a beautiful body, would you hold it against me?" "Hi, mind if I make your-space my-space?" "Do you believe in love at first sight or should I walk by again?" "I have had a really bad day and it always makes me feel better to see a pretty girl smile. So, would you smile for me?" "I just wanted to show this rose how incredibly beautiful you are!!"
