SARIOLA was founded by E.Konny after disbanding of his fromer band DIVINA NOCTURNA / SPECTRA SELENE and Anagnorisis who is famous for his work with the band P.A.D.L.O. and a lot of other projects in 2005. Shortly after that, Silenia Tyrvenis joined the band. SARIOLA is about to create a unique sound mixture between elements of Gothic and Black Metal and of course including other influences. While recoding the album Sphere of Thousand Sunsets, SARIOLA managed to gather a lot of fans and friends all over the world, even without releasing complete songs and got very positive reviews from the press and webzines.
SARIOLA contains open minded and tolerant musicians with different music tastes and backgrounds. The band, based in Germany, Ruhr-Area (aka Rhein-Ruhr) is signed to the local very indie-lable Padlo Records. For better distribution, logistics and sharing their music with the fans and friends from different countries, SARIOLA is looking for a new label with better conditions and possibilities. So if you are / have a label and like SARIOLAs music - just contact the band. The same is for interview or review requests. The band is glad about every kind of support.
Its also a pleasure for SARIOLA to meet so many people and to get to know new friends. The band appreciates every one of its friends, even if theres not always time to answer immediately, the band members try to do it as soon as possible.

SARIOLA released their first album Sphere of Thousand Sunsets including 12 songs, in August 2006. The album was recorded on bands own at Padlo Records LPN Studios, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany, between summer 2005 and 2006. The album contains diversified material reaching from Black Metal influenced songs like "The Sphere of Thousand Sunsets", Goth-Metal mid- tempo songs like "Fluvia Tenebra", atmospheric tracks like "Lena", neo - classic music pieces like "Melissa By Candlelight" to Industrial / EBM / Darkwave sounds like "Julia".
