life just hit me between the eyes

About Me

My name is Steven Irwin. I live in an always growing desert community in southern California. The music I’ve made is something very personal to me. For years my audience was kept to my immediate family, and friends. I have no great dreams of huge audiences and large sums of money, however I’ve come to accept that the songs I record out of a necessity to express might be enjoyed by others. Knowing that people want to hear the songs I record means more to me than money ever could, and I am a firm believer that hearing music should be free. So Both of my albums are available for free download (right click below, and Save As...). I write, perform, and record nearly all of my music in my home using a 4-track and my computer. I hope that hearing some of these songs bring to you what writing them brought to me.
I’m also putting a donate button on here, that way if you’d like to support me you can. I promise that anything you donate will go towards the creation of more music. Also if you include your shipping address, I’ll mail you something special.
