Knew that it wasn't where you wanted to be? Knew that if if given the chance you'd leave it behind with no questions asked? Funny story about chances....
So we talked about it, and thought about it, and dreamed about it, and on Saturday Febuary 16th... We fucking did it. The feeling of leaving after wanting it so badly is great.
This is what freedom is man, just leaving... Not being worried about your job or if you'll have one when you come back, not being worried about how little money you have in your pocket, not being afraid of whats going to happen... Man, we left all of that shit behind us.
We have an idea of places we want to see some of which include Nawlans(for Steve), kentucky, mississippi, south carolina, north carolina, virgina, washington dc, new york city, boston, chicago, denver, seattle and portland... needless to say were going to be super busy, but were excited about the adventure.
Theres so many people were going to miss while were gone so we set up this myspace so we could stay in contact with people and share photos and stories from the road. We'll try to keep it updated as often as possible but because we don't have a laptop or any certainty of when we'll be near a computer it might not always stay up to date. Check it often though and keep in touch.
