A MUSIC SELECTOR : THE ART OF WARMING UP YOUR NIGHT AND YOUR HEARTAs a "fresh born" DJ / Music selector, I (aka Catlike or the Lynx) provide my exalted and soulful music culture (Soul, Funk, Jazz, Disco, Brazilian, Downtempo and Electrohouse) which I have constituted through years. I started to "unfreeze" the audience in several "before parties" setting a delightful mood in places such as SENSO, TANJIA and the famous CANTINE DU FAUBOURG in Paris. 2 Years ago, I took part in The ANIMAL HOUSE Party ( go and check www.animalhouse.fr ), one of Paris if not Paris' best monthly house party @ DJOON, warming up the night just before the great DJ's Reverendp and Fudge come along to blast the dancefloor, enhanced by the genius musical skills of Alexofonk (keys), Nadir (sax) and Joss (vocals). Besides, MOTOWN Party has entrusted me its very special warm up, and DOMINO Party as well, both @ Djoon. More recently, I became one of the DJOON DJ's resident providing the link between the restaurant and the dancefloor. Entitled "EAT SOUL DRINK VIBES", this berfore party takes place every weekend @ DJOON. I can bet that you won't listen to a more refined music selection anywhere else.

THE UNEXPECTED 70'S SERIESMoreover, I develop an original concept of music collection called "Unexpected 70's series" which accumulates rare and compelling 70's soul/funk/jazz/disco cover versions of popular standards (Beatles, Doors, Bob Marley to name a few), TV/Movie themes (such as Starwars, Jaws, Rocky, Hair, Kojak, Star Trek, ...) and Classical themes (Bolero, Farandole, Ave Maria, ...).
