With her roots beginning in St Petersburg, FL, she was born on June 20th. She is the youngest daughter of four who early on displayed a deep interest in music and theater.As a young girl, her love for music and distinct talents emerged while entertaining family members and aspiring to one day sing, act and model like some of her favorite artists. Kleigh says she was profoundly influenced by, Janet Jackson, Whitney Houston, Tamia, Mary J. and Toni Braxton, when she began her music in a middle school magnet performance art program. There she participated in multiple talent shows and concentrated on musical theatre, jazz, and performance dance where she excelled in competitions and recitals playing piano, violin and steel drums.After graduation, she decided to get serious about modeling and Wilamina Modeling Agency Modeling Agency began placing her in promotional modeling with various jobs such as “Sally’s Hair Showâ€. This unique blend of inspiration, distinctness, immense determination, and charismatic flair has produced her unforgettable personality that comes through her musical style.She caught the attention of AJ Alexander (best known for discovering R&B artist Usher) who states “she has a great career ahead of her†with her package of talent. While developing her musical sound in St. Petersburg, she has worked closely with MaQuet Robinson, of Whatever Works Entertainment. MaQuet, professionally known as Quet from the R&B group “Special Generations†and for performing background vocals for rap recording artst MC Hammer. Kleigh and Quet both collaborated on projects and her performance for professional boxing champion, Winky Wright’s record label, Pound for Pound Records. She is also working with Frank Oliphant, professionally known as Sekay of Collab Mindz Music Group and best known for his work with recording artists The Temptations, Jaheim and Urban Mystic.All About Me is Kleigh’s newest song produced by Allon Sams, a talented Keyboardist, Programmer, Arranger, Engineer and Producer in the R&B and Contemporary Smooth Jazz realm.
