BIOGRAPHY
Nastee Productionz was founded in 2003 by Columbo a.k.a. Jimmy Hoffa a.k.a. Piff Huxtable. Our main goal as a independent record label is to provide cultural advancement to the Hip Hop community through music, arts, and fashion. No sellout artists, no big contracts, no false promises of fame and fortune, just raw talent combined with the hardest working cats in the biz. We're dedicated in bringing you the best in Rap, R&B, and Reggae.
Located in Brooklyn, NY we established ourselves from the 1000's of other record labels by providing a unique outlet of music that captures the harsh realties of the streets, and day to day life. There hasn't been a hip-hop buzz this strong in Brooklyn since B.I.G. passed and Jay-Z retired and came back.
So who's leading the way to bring Brooklyn and hip-hop back to where it once was? Brooklyn's own street officials Nastee Productionz: Columbo, Young Barz, K-Black, Mas Killa, and PJ Ducketts. Recognize, in 2004 Nastee has been building the foundation, Columbo and his Nastee Productionz crew have spent '04 putting in the ground work; promoting themselves throughout the tri-state area, earning numerous spots on underground cd's, and running the radio airwaves. Nastee Productionz also has the streets on lock with their immensely popular mix-tapes.
It all first started when Columbo dropped his first mixtape, a classic entitled "Unsolved Sessionz" hosted by New Jersey's most POPULAR mixtape DJ, Youngface. The mixtape spurred a buzz in '04, following up with "Unsolved Sessionz Vol.2" which further added to the heat. Since then Nastee Productionz have been on fire ruling the radio waves and the mixtape circuit with their catalogue of unreleased music and freestyles, which only proves what a strong work ethic these guys have.
Always pushing to be ten steps ahead of the game, Nastee Productionz definitely earns the catch phase "Flashy Make No Assumptions" in spades.
