Movies:

I'm really into 70's Italian crime and mafia films right now, especially the ones by Fernando Di Leo. My two favorite directors are Stanley Kubrick and Jean Luc Godard. After that comes everyone else like Terrence Malick, Abbas Kiarostami, Peter Greenaway, Michelangelo Antonioni, Wong Kar Wai, Takeshi Kitano, Kiyoshi Kurosawa, Federico Fellini, Preston Sturges, Sam Peckinpah, David Cronenberg, Francois Truffaut, David Fincher, Kinji Fukasaku, Woody Allen, The Coen Brothers, Terry Gilliam, Alfred Hitchcock, Hong Sang-Soo, Chan Woo Park and many others. I like cartoons directed by Tex Avery, Bob Clampett, Dave Fleischer, and John Kricfalusi. When I was 16 my favorite movies were Sid and Nancy and Dead Ringers. When I was 10 my favorite movies were Time Bandits, Flash Gordon, Jaws and The Empire Strikes Back.

Television:

The Day Today, Frontline, Alan Partridge, Nathan Barley, Ren and Stimpy (the spumco ones), Samurai Champloo, Twin Peaks. Any HBO documentary about slutty girls or hillbillies on drugs. Stop pretending you hate TV, hipsters.
