RIVER AUDIO

About Me

What is the sound of a river? Gentle and relaxing or thunderous and crashing? Trying to describe the sound of River Audio can be just as perplexing. While adept at playing both styles of music, they are certainly not your typical southern rock and country band. Blending soulful original songs with your favorite cover tunes, River Audio offers a unique musical experience that includes something to satisfy most any musical taste. Although given to relaxing rhythms and blended harmonies, just as a river, they can change unexpectedly. The mellow song that you found yourself singing along with has suddenly become a wall of crunching guitar, wailing harmonica, and powerful vocals. Backed by booming drums and bass, one can certainly tell when the RIVER is rising.
Formed in the shadow of the Cherokee national forest, and in the very heart of the Ocoee Region, the members of River Audio come from diverse musical backgrounds. However, they have an uncanny ability to blend bluegrass, country, rock and blues into a unique sound all their own. Catch a River Audio show near you and be prepared to be swept away by the sound of the RIVER.
