The Smokin' Sisters are a Newcastle-based, 20-piece female acapella singing group with professionals and amateurs and ranging in age from 16-42. Formed for International Women's Day 2005, they have gone on to create an eclectic repertoire ranging from gospel and world music to contemporary pop and Russian lullabies, all sung in 4 and 5 part harmonies in their own inimitable smokin' style.
