COMPASSION

About Me

Simplicity, mindfulness, and harmony are my watchwords. I strive to live in a way that enables me to see things in a clear light, without any mental distortion, just pure undifferentiated consciousness. I respect the body and mind for what they are and try to take good care of them so that they stay vibrant and healthy, meaning keeping the prana / chi flowing harmoniously through all the various physical and psychic channels. I do this primarily through yoga, tai-chi, chi kung, diet, and meditation. I also recognize the body and mind to be only a small part of the whole, for in truth I am That which exists in all things, independent of time and space, the source and substance of all things. I'd like to meet:

I would like to meet my Self within all people and all things. I would like to continually appreciate and marvel at God's infinite creativity, as well as appreciate the unchanging aspect of God, existent in all things. I would like to remember... all things arise from and return to this unchanging Source, like ripples settling into the calm of the Sea.... I would like to remember... yes, the ripples are all lovely and perfectly unique unto themselves, though they are all still a part of the same boundless Sea... the Sea of Light and Love... the Sea of Divine Consciousness.

Inhale deeply my friend. Pause and retain the breath for a moment. Then with the exhale relax and let go of any unecessary tension, and again pause with the stillness at the bottom of the breath. Do ...

Death / Rebirth.

True death is not death of the physical body, true death is death of our limiting perceptions and beliefs of who we think we are. When these die, we are reborn to the actual truth of who we are. Thi...
