Berns Bedard is the owner and designer of Passion Fruit Designs, a Canadian based design house specializing in competition suits for figure, fitness and bodybuilding women. Passion Fruit's clients include over 600 professional and amateur competitors, most recently Mary Elizabeth Lado who wore Passion Fruit Designs when she won her second consecutive Arnold Classic Figure 2007 championship.

Berns has suited up over 600 girls since starting her design business 3 years ago, and her suits have appeared in magazines such as Oxygen, Muscle & Fitness, and Natural Bodybuilding and Fitness. Her suits can be seen on Pro and Amateur stages in the United States, Canada, Britian, Europe and Australia. In 2006 year, Monica Brant and Mindi O'Brien showcased Passion Fruit Designs on the Olympia stage in Las Vegas.
