About Me

It's a new year and heads are gonna roll, betch! Every cloud has a silver lining, but they can get kind of tarnised in all that moisture. I'm here to polish them up (hence the funny gloves and Wenol).Hope you're year is as fantastic as you are!

My Interests

Enjoy gardening, although I'm not into the native crap that grows in the desert. It's amazing stuff, just not my thing. Cocktails are a good thing, too. Really like cooking, going out on the town, cultural stuff (museums, gardens, historic sites, etc.), hanging out with friends, etc., etc.

I'd like to meet:

People.

Music:

Varied, to say the least. Jason Mraz, Swing Out Sister, Kylie Minogue, Dixie Chicks, Josh Rouse, Everything But The Girl, k.d. lang, The Del Rubio Triplets, The Clumsy Lovers, Barenaked Ladies, Diana Krall, Christina Aguilera, St. Etienne, Michael Buble, The New Deal, Alison Krauss, Pet Shop Boys, Jill Sobule, Jamie Cullum, Candye Kane, Loretta Lynn, Tammy Wynette, etc. You name it, I probably own it or want to.

Movies:

Don't see too many movies, but I do have my favorites. What the Bleep Do We Know, Moulin Rouge, South Park: Bigger, Longer, Uncut, Hairspray, Bring It On, Anything by Christopher Guest, Superstar, Blue Velvet, Less Than Zero, Mildred Pierce, Mommy Dearest, Grease, etc. Gee, you think I'm gay?

Television:

Nip/Tuck, Cops, Project Runway, Workout, Top Design, Bad Girls (on Logo), Top Chef, My Life on the D List, The Thirsty Traveller, Celebrity Fit Club, Pee Wee's Playhouse, Futurama, QVC . . .

Books:

I'm totally into the whole "What the Bleep" mindset. Anything that expands my consciousness works for me. Also love David Sedaris. He is so damn funny!

Heroes:

Me, and you too.

Tucson kills!

My esoteric thought for the day: As I sit here at the computer looking out the window at the plants in the backyard, I realize once again that Tucson kills.  It's simple math, really.&n...
