About Me

Gabba gabba hey! There's something about Les Anges Perdues' full frontal assault of filthy-sounding guitars, thundering drums and Chris La Guerre's ragged, leery vocals that make packing in the nine-to-five and starting up a tattoo shop in Toledo seem like the only logical lifestyle choice. At the same time the angels epitomizes every nightmare your mother might have had about the dangers of rock'n'roll. Their trademark is a rudimentary, seemingly primitive music which is shot through with fascinating tensions and dynamics. With a Swiss-precision drummer (Tambour de Serpent), two unstoppable guitarists (Andy Rockette & Le Coq Baroque), a high voltage bassplayer (Henri Le Peril) and a rubber-hipped singer (La Guerre) any sane person would get the essence of the super group Les Anges Perdues. Well, obviously these guys are not for the faint-hearted. They´ve geared up and are on the verge of breaking free. She´s a Capulet
