This is the general section but, it asks about my interests... Interests you ask (Yoda, I sometimes speak like), or my passions, which would you like to know about... Forget about the interests, ask me about my passions... life is too short, enjoy your youth while you still have it because time stops for no one!!!
Happiness, Content, Joy.
The meanings for the Sun are fairly simple and consistent.
Young, healthy, new, fresh. The brain is working, things that were muddled come clear, everything falls into place, and everything seems to go your way.
The Sun is ruled by the Sun, of course. This is the light that comes after the long dark night, Apollo to the Moon's Diana. A positive card, it promises you your day in the sun. Glory, gain, triumph, pleasure, truth, success. As the moon symbolized inspiration from the unconscious, from dreams, this card symbolizes discoveries made fully consciousness and wide awake. You have an understanding and enjoyment of science and math, beautifully constructed music, carefully reasoned philosophy. It is a card of intellect, clarity of mind, and feelings of youthful energy.

I would like to tell you a story about an amazing woman who was very dear to me... She went by many names; it’s kind of funny actually; she had as many names as she did friends... I will give you all just a few. Her birth name was Jean Pauline Ippolito, when married to my grandfather, William; her name became Jean Pauline Galbo. Over time, more names collected... Jeannie, Mom, Grandma.
As years went by and kids were a factor, she was known as your typical Italian woman; she ruled with an iron fist but always did so in a loving manner… She was know as The Classy Lady who always spoke in a proper manner, Mean-Jean for those days when she was in good moods or, even, the infamous 'B' with an itch... That one she got just by being her sassy little self again; she always was a true Italian lady.
My Grandmother was also the type of woman you could just talk about anything with; she would never judge you and was always good when a secret needed to be kept... So good in fact, that many confided in her. I swear there were many times when the woman knew more about my life then my own mother, she would never interrupt you when you needed to talk, she would just sit there and listen until you were done. She would then, calmly, give you the best sound advice she could give, it was just what she did, well, that and she feed you until you couldn't move any more. There were many conversations I had with my grandmother when, in the end, I felt much better. Maybe it could have been the good food she feed us, maybe it could have been the good advice she gave. All in all, I think it was just being in her very presence that made everyone feel better, she had this comforting effect on so many people, when she was in the room there was nothing you could do but smile, it was that kind of aura she bestowed.
The last couple of months spent with Jean were difficult, to say the least. I guess you can say that in going through a difficult time like this, you tend witness things... Little miracles if you will... You can even say, at times like these, certain people step up and heroes tend to appear before my very eyes. Geeg (Grandpa), because of you, seeing how you stood by grams side and to see the way she responded to you makes me believe that there is such a thing as unconditional love and I will not settle for anything less, for that you are a hero to me. Uncle Bud, you truly did go above and beyond, (Inside Joke) you can wet my whistle anytime. Mom, Aunt Laura, Jenn, everything you all have done has truly amazed me; you are all heroes in my book as well. Uncle Mike, always the father figure, I wouldn't trade you in for the world. To my cousins, Kim and Mike, to see the way you both have handled yourselves, through this difficult time, truly moved me... You both have grown so much.
Again, the things I have witnessed over the past couple of months have, beyond a doubt, been life changing. I find myself sometimes saying how is a family like this so caring, so loving and, so perfect? I think for awhile and then begin to smile, it was all due to the woman with so many names, she expected nothing but the best from all of us but she also gave it back as well... She passed on all of her love, all of her knowledge to her children who then went and passed it on to us.
So, I say to you... Jean Pauline Galbo, will always live on... She will live on through us, her family. The one thing she truly loved the most and always loved more then herself.
