My interests span nearly everything; history, technology, business, science, art, music, people, politics (social and personal) and so on...
I have an insatiable thirst for learning new things and strive to always gain new perspectives - I tend to appreciate things and people that are real or unique in some special way, or of beauty...
But some specific interests include; sailing, fast cars, my business, good wine, cooking, entertaining, my friends, spending quality time and sometimes not-so-quality time with my friends and generally having more fun than is normally allowed and/or legal (apparently)...

... and finally, my own book, yet to be written - I have more than anyone's fair share of true-life adventures and experiences. My truth is usually stranger than your fiction. There are many stories to share and I would like to attempt to get them down on paper someday. Not so much for pride or ego (well, maybe a little), but mostly so that all of my experiences and adventures are never lost and so they can be shared with my family and friends - It would be cool to read when I'm old and "in the autumn of my years" as a Mr. Frank Sinatra once sang it ...
