I am here for Friends and Networking

About Me

Before you read any further, know this: If I don't know you then don't bother calling me 'honey'; 'baby' or sweetie. BUGGER OFF! Have you actually read my profile? But if you know me or think we may have something in common to chat about, something intelligent, then kindly read on and maybe we can be friends: I care about Human Rights, passionate about animal rights. Other than that, really warm and caring kind of person who takes far too much responsibility for everyone else's problems. My fault. And I am far too nice for my own good, just ask any of my close friends who have seen the kind of trouble I get myself into! I am also very interested in history, philosophy and religion. I am very open minded and enjoy learning about other cultures. I am going to leave this world having made a difference in some way: no matter how big or small. I want to leave the world ever so slightly better by speaking out for those without a voice. Don't ever lose your passion, your voice or compromise. Stand up for who you are and for others who are surpressed.
Which Dead Rock Star Are You?

Jimi Hendrix
You are Jimi Hendrix! You're influential to many young and old, and very talented. You most likely good with your hands... are you? You are very happy and like to experiment with drugs. Oh, he died in 1970 from a supposed drug overdose, it's unknown what drug.

What Decade Are You?

Apathetic 90s
The world has gone global. International communication is only a mouse click away. What are you supposed to do with all this new developing power and technology? I don't know. This decade is often characterized as a lack luster generation with their baggy clothes and whatever attitudes. Even through it's apathy though, they were able to start a technological revolution that paved the way for the new millennium. So remember you are making a difference, even if you do sit around and eat cereal all day.

What Type of Movie is Right for You?

Indie Flick!
If you ever wondered what 'thematic elements' are, these flicks are chock full of them. Also, cigarettes, cursing, long pauses and tight close ups. Dramas can be funny, but they're more concerned with the 'human condition.' These movies require patience and some effort (not a lot, we are talking about movies here after all) to understand the plot and characters. Some recs for your fest: The Last Emperor, Good Night and Good Luck, Trust and Safe.
