Drey Skonie, born in Detroit, MI discovered musical abilities @6yrs. Old He grew up in Maranatha Temple where he began learning multiple instruments such as saxophone, trumpet, as well as percussion through both the church and his school band. Began learning the piano @12, which has become his main choice of instrumentation. In pursuit of being known as a great overall artist, he's currently learning the acoustic guitar. Stage History He participated in multiple groups during H.S: Righteous and Judah. Both performed in numerous churches throughout the metropolitan Detroit area, including other special events. Has performed in the 2005 & 2006 Young Summer Fest in Foster Park. Has performed in the 2006 Chicago All-Star game on the 6th region youth Dance Team opening for Chingy. Works closely with 1st and 15th producer, Soundtrakk, Producer of Lupe Fiasco'S Kick Push, as well as No ID's prodigy, 1120.You can also catch him on the hot new series Making The Band 4, as Lewis a.k.a Dre.....Lewis stared in the first four episodes of the show MTB4. But now he currently joined the national recording group Kwiet Storm which is now known as KS2, which already made their name in the industry, with the hit "Leave Me Alone" seen on BET and hot single "Lights out Candles Lit". Now a four member group starriing Slow Mo, Romance, Duke,and ya boy Drey Skonie. KS2 is currently working on a new project with a style thats going to shock the fans.
