About Me

You see, the details of my life are rather inconsequential- born in small town R.I., one older brother, the product of one mother and one father. I love kids...especially when they are not my own. I therefore love my job as an elementary school speech-language pathologist but recently find myself increasingly burnt out. School system administrative red-tape, Special Education law, and the ever shifting demands of the D.O.E. in compliance with "No Child Left Behind" leave little time for actually working with children- oh the irony is delicious!I do think I'm quite clever- I am generally funny sarcastic on purpose and funny ha-ha by accident. I'm pretty certain I have a rigid (and some may think frightening) sense of justice, which is fueled by a quick temper and large vocabulary. My Interests

*Weightlifting. *Music- I sing in a great mixed-voices chorale. It's easier to see who I WOULDN'T want to meet. For starters, if you are a self-proclaimed "entertainmant goddess, rockstar, know-it-all, or karaoke junkee"...BACK OF THE LINE- I'm still waiting for my refund from the last one of these in which I invested. If delusions of grandeur and/or chronic "reinvention" guide your personal and professional decisions- AHHHHH, BUH BYE!So that leaves everyone else. Basically, if you are loyal and understand the value of longstanding friendships and aren't always asking yourself, "what can this person do for me?" then we'll probably get along famously!
