Zach Swift

Zach Swift has been a songwriter for over 10 years now, the 21-year old musician from Sikeston, Missouri is just a normal guy who loves music and plays it from his heart. His self produced EP "Good At Guessing" contains 9 original songs influenced by the soulful phrasing of Michael Jackson, the raw, tight alternative funk of The Red Hot Chili Peppers and the creativity and originality of Nirvana. A married man for almost a year now, the young talent has developed a fan base in and around his hometown.
Growing up in a very musical household, Zach Swift was exposed to instruments and recording gear at a very young age. His father, Larry Swift, is a nationally known country musician, opening for such people as Merle Haggard. Though Zach's music does not reflect the music of his upbringing, it still brings along an honesty and creativity that can only be instilled at a young age and comes directly from the soul. Brett Manning, a world renowned vocal instructor has even commented that "[Zach's] voice is totally amazing...[he] has a contagious sound that I would pay to see."
Zach isn’t one that likes an abundance of music, however, when he does find music he likes, he listens to it so much it becomes part a part of him. Therefore every time Zach composes a song, it's a song that he really loves. You can expect nothing less. Zach's EP is currently available on Snocap.
