It all started in 1996. That year Sebastian Koch got himself the needed equipment and started spinning Hip Hop records.
1998 he visited the Tresor Club for the first time and was fascinated of the sound. This made him realize that Hip Hop isn't the music he wanted to play. Therefore he started to buy and spin Techno Records. At some point in 1999 he got his first live expiriences at the legendary „new-faces“ Nights at the Tresor.
Even at that times his sets where rather slow and more minimalistic compared to the usual Music in the Tresor Basement.
In the year 2004 Sebastian started playing on other events at Tresor/Globus/Tuna-Bar. One year later he was then invited as Appetizer to the „electric-ballroom“ in the SO36/Berlin.
The same year Sebastian Koch started playing on the Internet-Radiostation Spiel-Trieb (Munich) (www.spiel-trieb.org). The old Manager Subjunk was running the Berlin Studio at that time, but went back to Munich.
Sebastian was asked to run the Studio Berlin from now on.
2006 everything was ready and he started his Shows with guests like: Jeremy P Caulfield, DEN, Ditch, SEPH, JORGE SAVORETTI, GUTI, S.SIC, Frank Horn, etc..
In the beginning of 2007 he co-founded the young project 31337 Records.

ABOUT 31337records:The Label was formed in early 2007 as platform for international Artists, to release
quallity music for everyone over the Internet. We have artists from 3 continents,
from underground to well known and respected producers.
Our focus lies mainly in Minimal Techno, Dub and Experimental electronic Music.
However every artist can work free and is not bound to any limitations in his style.
Because we all have more or less the same taste, but all in a different direction,
the result is a perfect mix between floor filling, subtile minimal techno and deep,
slow experimental tracks.
