Liam

Joan Bonilla aka Liam is a young Valencian producer/artist and Dj that has already moved to Berlin. All began since the earlier 16 years old, with his first steps in Dj sets of House music. A years after, absolutely bored of his "traditional" mode of Dj sets, he became interesting in the musical technology and the most vanguardist electronic music styles. At the end of 2006, he began to make his own tracks, and a few months after, to performing live sets. He also combines Dj sets and live sets (syncronized). His personal style is based on Minimal Techno, ambiental pads, fewer psycho "melodies" with dark and powerfull groove basslines, and a nice combination of effects and filters. His influences: Gaiser, marc ashken, italoboyz, the architect, someone else, pan pot, barem, butane, miskate, vivienne projects, osvaldo, akufen, matt john, sweet and candy, ryan crosson, mathiass linzatti, audio werner, plastikman, guido schneider, jpls, tractile, ambivalent, dj phage, marc houle, marek hemann, mark henning, pier bucci, onur oezer...etc. He has already played in several Clubs such Minimalistic in Valencia, Pulp Mansion and Open airs in Berlin, Beau Club in the nearness of Athens, Greece....and more. Liam also produces with his nice friend Oscar Sala aka Osk, both being "Schaumal" which style is extremely similar.
