I am obsessed with the concept of time. Probably because I have always found it very difficult to manage my own.
The thought that you will be doing something in a few minutes that you have never done before is quite scary. Then again, the idea that as soon as you have done something exciting, the finer details begin to immediately corrode from your memory until eventually you are only left with a vague plastercine model of what has actually happened, is even more terrifying. So you have to ask yourself, do I really hate the taste of marmite, or do I have a vague distorted impression in my mind of what it tastes like? Try it again, you might surprise yourself.
Influences:
Current playlist: Arctic Monkeys, Plan B, Clor, Nine Black Alps, The Kooks, Kings of Leon, The Nutini, Tenacious D, Panic at the Disco, Gym Class Heroes, Mark Ronson, John Mayer, Willy Mason, Bloc Party, Blood Red Shoes, Stewart King, Breathing Space, Skint, Jane's AddictionI was brought up with Metallica, G'n'R, Faith No More and Chilli Peppers pumping through my veins. - and once it's in there, it's very hard to get out!

Check out Peeping Tom - There is nobody cooler than Mike Patton. Official.
Sounds Like: The Saccharin Smile EP is a mixture of work with various artists in and around York - from ambient trance, accoustic love-songs, to all out Rock. The first full-length Amberstone album, due for completion soon, takes it's influences from bands such as Snow Patrol, the Arctic Monkeys, John Mayer, Faith No More and even... gulp... Coldplay. (yeah, that's right, I said it!!)
Reviews of the Saccharin Smile EP:"All hail the bedroom producer. Ex Filthy Sanchez guitarist/bassist Teasdale has pulled an absolute stormer of a CD together, working completely under the radar with the help of a few close friends. This is an example of well written, tightly produced songwriting at it's very best, ranging from chillled-out trip hop to acoustic balladeering - so good it seems effortless. A real treat. Email him at
