Our practice was formed in 1989 and originally occupied a small office space withing the Shops of Green. Currently we operate within a newly constructed 10,000-sq. ft. veterinary center designed with your pet's need in mind. We have a medical staff of 6 doctors. Our professional services range from major surgery to routine preventative care. These extensive services include 24- hour patient care,preventative wellness programs, routine vaccinations, pediatric spaying and neutering, radiology, endoscopic evaluation, in-house laboratory and pharmacy, digital color doppler ultrasound, sevoflurane anesthesia, laser surgery, dentistry. In addition to traditional medical care, we supply the following for your convience: Daycare Boarding Medical Boarding We are the only small animal veterinary care provider in the Akron-Canton area offering both regular appointment hours and 24-hour availablity gives you maximum convenience in managing your pet's healthcare. To help us meet clients needs, we ask, when possible, that a call be made ahead of time in the event of an emergency so we know your on your way.Update: We are pleased to announce, Green Animal Medical Center has recently upgraded to digital radiography. This new technology allows us to optimize the full capacity of an image by, allowing us to view images at different angles, zoom in on problem areas and adjust the contrast of the image. This helps to reduce the amount of exposure to both the patient and our staff. We have the ability to burn these images, to cd allowing the client to take radiographs to a specialist or their regular veterinarian if desired.I have edited my layout at Crazyprofile.com

Green Animal Medical Center's main interest is staying abreast of new technology available to help increase our family's best friends life longevity. Our goal is to reduce as much pain as humanly possible and to make your pets quality of life maximum.

Music:

Our staff feels that playing music helps the pets in the hospital with us relax during their stay. Located throughout the hospital are small radios with music playing to help calm our furry friends down and make them feel more at home. Occassionally, we will even hear one of them singing along. :)

Television:

In our lobby there is a television for clients to watch while they are waiting. There are usually informational vidoes playing or is turned to Animal Planet.

Books:

Also in our lobby we have many books some in which include Cat Fancy, Dog Fancy, and breed books.

Heroes:

Our heroes are those who love their pets with all their hearts the way we do ours. We also honor those who strive to give the best quality of care for those pets in need.
