Idependant recording artist,over the years I’ve had several recording contract offer’s which I turned down due to My lawyer’s advice.
I’m currently working on my Idependant solo release album titled
’ DADDY’S BACK’ which will include song’s I’ve recorded over the the last 6 year’s that have never been released.
I was born in Ravenna ,Ohio moved to Tenn,until i was 3,Then moved to Cleveland ,ohio till i was 9.then moved to barberton till i was 14,then moved to west akron;’the maddy block’
Thats when I formed a group called THE COLD KRUSH WHITEBOY’S.
We were one of the first rap group’s to make some serious noise from our area.The year was 1986 We had 3 song’s on the radio with no record deal.
Then rapping on the street one day Gerald levert’s cousin asked us if we had a manager,and we didnt at the time,so we hired him,he took us to levert;s house in shaker hieght;s, we then started negotiating a deal with Atlantic records,we got impatient and signed with a local label from akron,we were only 17, our mother’s would’nt sign the contract,so we forged there names.
and signed the deal.
The company went bankrupt after we started recording the album.
We resorted to ,crime ,drugs,and typical innercity bullshit.
We wanted to kick it with some girls one night,so we walked into the neighborhood corner store took a few case’s of beer the dude chased us through the project’s,so we turned around and stomped him out.
my rap partner and the dude I grew up with snitched on me the next day because he got caught.
They kicked me out of state for a year,so I moved to virginia with my dad,played football ,graduated,and went to college for a short time.
moved back up north had a bunch of kid’s and been struggling ever since.
