At 9yrs old I noticed, I has a talent to Rhyme words much better than a lot of the kids at my age. I started listening to some of the guys at my school That Would Battle. And Learned from their mistakes.
From 9yrs to 11 yrs of age. I would Rap “Battle†myself in the mirror. To me it was a way of knowing and learning how to comeback on my opponents after all practice makes perfect.
At 11yrs of age I won my first Battle Rap from there I knew what I was destine to do. I excelled as time progressed Taking every free moment to dedicate myself to writing music. I determined then Rap was something I wanted to pursue as a career.
During ages 12-18yrs old I was constantly in and out of Juvenile Facilities Where all I had nothing but free time to think about my music and sculpt my creative style.
Age 13 I had my first talent show wish you could have seen their faces when I walked in and told,
Larry D AKA Po House I wanted a spot in the talent show and that I was a rapper. I got my spot in the show made it happen and never left.
For the next few years, I bounced from one dead end job to the next…Larry D created a monster, teaching me the business and Inn’s and outs of the music business. I thank him for motivating me to do and follow through with my dreams. After moving from the Glenwood Community in Pike County to the City of Troy, Alabama I met a guy by the name of Christopher Traylor, I spoke to him and we became friends with him not knowing I was a rapper. I asked him If he was into Rap Music…That’s when Destiny bit us both in the asses. He found amazing talent and I in return found the greatest Manager/Promoter an Artist could ask for. I had created a mix tape title, “I Know you Hear Me†Christopher created me A MySpace music page. We have got major love for the music I have created and still continue to gain friends and contacts in the music business Thanks for the love and support.
Here recently it has been a constant struggle as life throws its curve balls. You know what I’m getting at if you have ever been on the bottom. I feel that’s the difference in me and other Artist’s today I bring real life into my music I’m not into rapping about things I do not have. I can admit when I’m broke and on bottom that’s why I get such response from my music. In closing words what’s Next for White Owl only god knows my destiny I’ve never lost focus of that.WHITE OWL
