Rapper/Producer- C-Hall,C-Hall the 25-year-old lyricist that has proven that talent can still make waves in the rap game, rather than conform to what people see on television today, C-Hall has out done his own path to critical acclaim. "C-HALL" (born as Carlos Deandre Hall) was born in 1982 to the proud parents, Tera and the late Charles Hall Sr. in Barbour County, Alabama. At the age of five, C-Hall lost his father to an Aneurysm. While his mother was working two jobs to support the family, Carlos was being raised in the Streets of Barbour County, AL. At the age of twelve while running with an older crowd, he was given the nickname “C-HALL.†With everything going on around Carlos he felt as if he were on an emotional roller coaster. Carlos said, “Smoking was my therapy and 2Pac was my religion.†He was so inspired by 2Pac, that he and three other friends formed a rap group by the name of "Eternal.†The group lasted for six years producing local hits like "Retaliation" and "Panties on the Stage.†They were opening acts for up and coming local artist such as "Dirty" and major recording artist “Trick Daddy.†However, music occupied only half of Carlos's time. While attending Louisville High School, in Barbour County, he massed “record setting numbers†as a wide receiver. During Carlos’ senior year, he was the number one receiver in the wiregrass area with 43 catches and ran for 1012 yards. After Carlos graduated from High School, he was accepted into Troy State University in Troy, AL. While in college, Carlos also joined and became the President of PHI BETA SIGMA of the Alpha Alpha Lambda Chapter. Throughout all the changes in Carlos' life, he still held on to music. Carlos united with Brent Baskin, also a student at Troy University who was into producing local artists. Carlos and Brent collaborate to form Creative minds LLC. One of there first accomplishment of CME was a female sensation by the name of Mystic.Now, ready to capitalize on such promised, Carlos informed Brent that he was ready to start back recording now as a solo artist.†Carlos and Brent began working on his demo at Atmosphere Recording in Montgomery, AL. There he collaborated with super producer Chason Dreams from NuNoiZe Productions and Uncle Charles from Amonsta Productions. Uncle Charles produced three tracks on C-HALL's first Maxi single. C-HALL is the self proclaimed “god of Alabama!†The reason for that is, he wants to be the one to help other rappers in Alabama with real talent make it into the industry of Hip-Hop, "said Carlos." Recently C-Hall drop a Taco Bell commercial. C-Hall has performed for T.I, Rick Ross, Trina, Gucci Mane, Yo Gotti ,Young Joc, Young Dro, B.G. just to name a few. He has also won an open mic contest for an Atlanta Strip Club tour beginning on 23rd-27th of January 2007. C-HALL's hit single "Watcha Got" has won on the "make it or break it" on 103.7 THE BEAT 95.7 jams and 97.9 Jam.
