Sounds Like: McHaney, Riley & Associates are only interested in, dedicated and motivated individuals who can add to the overall positive image that McHaney, Riley & Associates portrays. We are professionals and we expect anyone affiliated with our company to handle themselves in a professional way at all times when in dealing with us.
Commission is paid on a monthly basis. Reps will only get paid if; they have four full sales in a month and no less. At each time of payment, the reps will get a monthly review tracking their productivity and efficiency. Bonus will be given at Mr. HcHaney’s and Mr. Riley’s discretion. Each sales rep will start out getting 10% commission each sale that they complete, and depending on efficiency and productivity, we will increase the percentage rate.
Mr. McHaney and Mr. Riley will be the two presidents of the sales department, but we will also be doing the same job as the sales reps. Competition breeds excellence, and that is what we need sales reps to bring to the table. We will be looking for select sales representatives, to promote to the operations manager and the assistant manager positions. If you think you are a person interested in any of these positions, let your work speak for you. Depending on, efficiency and promotions, we have the option to increase the commission pay schedule to twice a month. Instead of getting one lump check a month, the monthly check will be split in two and paid on a bi-weekly schedule.
All Sales reps will get a discount on all services that McHaney, Riley & Associates provides. Discounts depend on volume of sales and the reps productivity. The standard discount will be the sales reps average commission percent. If a rep gets 20% commission on each sale they complete, if they want to purchase a CD Package, they will get 20% discount on their order.

We are an open book company where all sales reps progress will be made public and reps will be able to see how many sales they made and commission owed at their request.
