No them and us, just you and me.

About Me

I'm lucky. I have amazing friends and family. I love to travel, explore and experience as much as possible. I have a beautiful, intelligent and crafty partner in crime.

I know that at times we are going to get cut and we are going to bleed, our teeth will chip and our bones will break, but we cannot be fearful of such things.

I own/operate The Redemption Recording Co. and am the founder of/partner in Boundless Ent., Inc. My mgmt. clients include A Kiss Could Be Deadly, The Stock Market Crash and Vicious Vicious.

I have also worked with, in varying capacities, The All-American Rejects, Andy Dick, The Reunion Show, Custard Records, etc.

My Interests

Life, love, human energy, music, sexuality, spirituality, travel, culture, world events/history, the environment, the Platte River, burlesque, the College World Series, roller derby, science, health, politics, sports (esp. college football or anything the Huskers play), the Avengers (AFL), Lucha Libre, motorcycles, good veggie food, boxing, jiu jitsu, my cats, oi, hardcore punk music and "skins, brains and guts."

RECOVER YOUR LOSSES AND LET GO- ''Start With'' Seaweed.

I'd like to meet:

It might be negative, but I'll first address whom I'd like NOT to meet: people that are not honest with themselves, their actions and their intentions, people who are so petty as to post their pseudo-intellectual thesaurus driven attacks on others in their MySpace blogs instead of actually confronting their real life nemeses, and people who are intolerant of others’ choices in music, art, dance and other forms of personal expression.

I'd like to meet Ira Glass and Mo Vaughn.

Music:

I like a wide variety of bands: Thin Lizzy, The Clash, Minor Threat, Bad Brains, The Dead Kennedys, Gorilla Biscuits, Seaweed, Cursive, Samiam, The Pixies, Quicksand, Shelter, The Cro-Mags, James, Lifter Puller, Radiohead, The Smiths, Agnostic Front, At The Drive In, Billy Bragg, Underdog, Turning Point, Cockney Rejects, Verbal Assault, Iron Cross, Material Issue, Absolution, Afghan Whigs, Burn, A Tribe Called Quest, Beyond, Y.O.T., The Anti-Heroes, Orange 9mm, Cocksparrer, Into Another, Deadsy, Marley, Tosh, The Bruisers, Dropkick Murphys, etc.

Movies:

Gallipoli (my true fave), Michael Clayton, Roger Dodger, Syriana, A History of Violence, Downfall, North by Northwest, The Big Red One, The Machinist, Cross of Iron, Shane, Amongst Friends, The Magnificent Seven, Apocalypse Now, Beetlejuice, Things to Do in Denver When You're Dead, Stay Tuned, Looking For Kitty, Kafka, Closer, Fearless, Green Street Hooligans, The Football Factory, Beautiful Girls, The Outlaw (think Jane Russell), The Outlaw Josie Wales, The Mothman Prophecies, Miller's Crossing, The Usual Suspects, The Princess Bride, Tommy Boy, The Exorcist III, Brazil, THX 1138, Lolita, Me You and Everyone We Know, Eternal Sunshine of the Spotless Mind, and others, many many others.
PETER WEIR!

Television:

DEXTER, the BBC and college football.

Books:

Hardcore Zen: Punk Rock, Monster Movies and the Truth About Reality, The Omnivore's Dilemma, Critical Condition: How Health Care in America Became Big Business- and Bad Medicine. The Leadership Game: Winning Principles from Eight National Champions. Football's West Coast Offense. Some are a bit mundane I know.

All Quiet on the Western Front is probably my favorite book. I like Crichton, Bukowski (f' your cliches), the simplness of Steinbeck, the darkness of Joyce Carol Oates, the experiences of Harper, Anaya, etc.

Heroes:

My Mother (RIP)

My Father, Grandparents (Mehring and Kuper), Lew Ayres (RIP), Tom Osborne, Tiger Marion, James Burgett, Broderick Thomas, true freedom fighters and those who love with reckless abandon knowing it may end.

Songs We Wish We Could Leave in 2006 (MSNBC)
