About Me

The band started with the goal of learning Monkees covers and eventually getting a cease and decist letter from Pat Boone himself being able to contest it legally as satire (i.e. Hustler and Jerry Fallwell). Then we got a really good drummer (Sean, aka Fireball), Scott picked up a Hagstrom electric 12 string guitar and somehow got louder, and Keri started thumping on an old Guild bass and taking up some vocal duties. We then wrote a bunch of songs that we like and are fun and some of which are on this site.
Why no fancy presskit, and marketing deals and other things of that nature? Because Scott used to play in bands that were all about "making it" which meant playing too many bad shows, having buttons, stickers, CDs, shirts and a window decal. Did it work? You tell me if you’ve ever heard of The Locked Sound. This band writes good songs and has fun, because that’s what music should be -- fun. A certain amount of professionalism gets thrown out the window with this attitude and hopefully it will land on a band that takes themselves way too seriously.
Here’s random videos, more as other people take them and post them. Thank you Huck and Stephanette for the videos!!!

Thee Farm's first interview!

Ted Keylon from Sangamo Sonic was kind enough to take the time to interview 1/3 (and argueably the most caveman-esque member) of Pat Boone's Farm. Here is a link to the interview, read it so we feel i...
