About Me
Well I’ve come onto myspace.com to get as much support as possible for a trip that I’m doing in April/May of 2007. My friend Luiz and I believe that nothing is impossible and that dreams do come true. We believe that anything is possible so long as motives are legit and outcomes not selfish. We want to prove that by doing a trip around the world in an unusual fashion.
We are taking a year to plan a trip around the world on motorcycles leaving from London going south through France, Spain, Portugal, Spain again to Northern Africa through Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia and coming back to Europe through Italy, Austria, Hungary, Romania, Bulgaria, Turkey, Iran, Pakistan, China, Mongolia, China again, Russia, Alaska, Canada, USA, Mexico, Guatemala, Honduras, Nicaragua, Costa Rica, Panama, ferry to Ecuador, Peru, Bolivia, Chile, Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil then Australia.
We want to give back. We will use any money in excess of the cost of the trip to buy forest land which we will turn into official national parkland belonging to Freebird Foundation. This way we will cut corners and not depending on any official assistance we will ensure real and measurable results. Freebird’s forest foundation will own the forest land in the Amazon, thus creating an independent private institution that we hope will become a major force in saving not only the Amazon forest but also contributing to the preservation of life in our planet.
We welcome anybody and everybody that has a dream and wants to participate in our journey by joining our network, exchanging ideas, words of support, comments and by helping to raise our profile through getting the word out and inviting friends to join. By building a strong support foundation, we will have enough endorsement to approach large corporations for financial sponsorship of our cause.
