I'm a 48 year old, pudgy, guitar player who is in love with a beautiful woman of whom I don't deserve. I have two children, Caitlin and Kevin, who I love very much but I never get to see. I also have two great step daughters and not so great step son-in-law (just kidding Art). They make for a great family and I love them very much. I play guitar and sing at a Catholic church every week. Music has been the one thing that has been a big part of me and has continually brought peace to my life since childhood. I love animals and I believe they sense it by giving back so much more love than I have for them. I especially love my "Tootsie", a little miniature dachshund with â€œattitudeâ€. I also love to ride my BMW motorcycle and camp with Beth Ann, my "beloved". I have worked in the computer / technology field since 1979. Work is not really the right word to use. I am fortunate to still enjoy my chosen career.I am a very private person but I love being around people, especially my family who has given me both faith and support through all.

My Interests

I'd like to meet:

There are two people I would love to meet; the first being St. Peter, Jesus's "rock". I would love to hear, first hand his struggles with faith and trusting in his friend, teach and God. How did it feel to be overtaken with the holy spirit with such drama and to know that he truly was the rock for God's church.For my second meeting, I would like to spend time talking to Abraham Lincoln. He seemingly came out of no where to be maybe the only person who could have led this country through the civil war. He stood on his morals and beliefs that all people are created equal and that the cause more than worthy of the fight. I would like to hear how he overcame his personal struggles with depression and frustrations leading this country to and through a horrible war.

Music:

I really hate to categorize music into nasty little boxes. I love any kind of music that makes the hair on my neck stand up. I love music that tells a story.

Movies:

Harry Potter, Lord of the Rings, Star Wars, Indiana Jones and movies about musicians.

Television:

Discovery Channel, American Idol, King of the Hill

Books:

Harry Potter Series by J.K.Rowling, The Mitford series by Jan Karon, John Grissom, Jack Ryan series by Tom Clancy. Mysteries and Historical Fiction.

Heroes:

Personal Heros have been hard to come by lately but I'm still looking.
