After joining MySpace I discovered that the number of requests from bands can be overwhelming, and sometimes you seem like just a number. I love music, I like to help with promotion, but not used for it.
So, because I have a passion for music myself, and as a place to show off the talent here in the North East, this place was created!
Now, the aim is to promote local bands, advertise gigs coming up, will even go along to review and take photos of some, and then post the adventures here for others to read. You can have copies of decent photos too!
Works very simply though.... if you add this profile, dont do it for a number...yeah, its for the promotion, but you pay attention and it will be returned, if you're never heard from again, you'll be removed from the list - not cruelty, in the business - networking and communication is the name of the game! ...just let everyone know what you're up to! ...and a hello is nice from time to time :-)
I'll add new things to the page as we go along, but for now... keep playing ;-)
