About Me
I was born and raised in Rosedale, Maryland, a community within Baltimore County, I started dancing at the age of three and studied ballet, jazz and tap at a dance school, Jean Cattel, nearby in Dundalk. I attended Catholic High and Towson University, earning near-perfect grades in Mass Communication at the latter. I later became a cheerleader for the Baltimore Ravens football team, being the youngest of the group. -Career- In 1999, I entered a contest held by WCW to find a new member of their Nitro Girls dance troupe, which I won. Initially a Nitro Girl, I would perform dance routines every week on WCW's flagship show Monday Nitro under the name Skye. However, this didn't last long as I soon accepted a larger role and became a valet using the provocative stage name Miss Hancock (originally Miss Handcock), briefly serving as an associate for the tag team of Lenny Lane and Lodi dubbed "Standards and Practices". Despite wearing business suits, my character would often climb on top of the announcers table and start dancing sensually, much to the announcers' and fans' delight. It was also during this period that I began using what would become her trademark ring entrance. At 5 ft 11 in, I was one of the few women in professional wrestling tall enough to step through the middle and top ropes that surround the ring. I would do so while pausing momentarily to give the audience a peak of my famed "assets," as my ring attire usually included a short skirt with a skimpy thong or G-string underneath. This tease, among others, would remain a key part of my gimmick throughout the rest of my professional wrestling career. After Standards and Practices "fired" me, I went on to become the manager for Los Fabulosos, a Latin American tag team consisting of Silver King and El Dandy, leading them to their first major victories within WCW. When WCW was purchased by the WWE in 2001, my contract was one of 24 that were retained by the WWE. I portrayed a heel character in The Alliance. I made her WWE TV debut on the June 14, 2001 episode of SmackDown! In 2005, I and fellow RAW Diva Christy Hemme were moved to SmackDown! as part of a trade, bringing Torrie Wilson and Candice Michelle to RAW. I started a short feud with Jillian Hall, which ended up with the two of us having a match on Velocity, during which Hall captured the victory through cheating. This would prove to be my last match with WWE... In 2006 I appeared on the hit show Dancing with the Stars, placing third. Recaps were aired weekly on RAW, which was believed to be because of a conflict with SmackDown! and UPN not wanting to promote a rival network. After a few weeks, my profile was moved from SmackDown! back to RAW. In April 2006, Vegas Magazine reported that I was done with WWE and moving on to other endeavors.
