Taryn Cross represents the modern edge of pop-country music emerging from the Pacific Northwest. For more than half her life, this amazingly mature sixteen-year-old native of Bellingham, Washington, has appeared on many stages throughout her home state.
Following a first place performance at the KAPS Colgate Country Showdown in 2004, Taryn has performed live on many occasions at her community theater, regional county fairs and has even provided voice-over recordings for television commercials!
Although Taryn’s rigorous schedule requires a careful balance of high school, voice lessons and studio time, she has focused a lot of her energy on the release of her upcoming debut album featuring songs written by Rod Stone.
Taryn has also made an effort to travel across the state appearing live with Bob Manning & Nashville West to perform her original music and cover songs by Carrie Underwood, Martina McBride, Gretchen Wilson and other modern country stars.
