On a cold December in 2005 Visceral Pain was conceived from the Coldest Darkness with a new Line up, the most Brutal and Powerful ever, Sorcerer (previously on Belzabet) took the stand on Drums and Mictian (prev. on Baalberit, Frimost) on the lightning Guitar Shred and Lord Azmodeus (prev. Belzabet, Crucifire, Perpetual Ceremony) on the brutal blasphemous growls and Guitar destruction, Later Cygore joins the band on Hammer Smashed Base. The band Recorded a Homemade Demo album entitled "Conquering the Eviscerated Bloodthrone" which consisted of 3 tracks- Visceral Pain - Conquering the Eviscerated Blood throne- 1. Chamber of Decay2.
