About Me

I've spent the past couple years making an independent documentary on live music culture in London. It's certainly been an experience surviving crowd-surfers diving into the camera, the mudslide at Glastonbury, sleepless nights, a flat with a moat, scenesters, good bands breaking up, bad bands getting signed, cranky managers, amazingly talented people, all while shooting 100+ hours of live footage and interviews with bands, fans, promoters, DJs, photographers, managers, journalists, and club owners. I've learned more in these two years than in all of my past studies and work experience. Thanks so much to everyone who has lended a hand!

I'm back in New York now to finish editing the film. It is to be completed by the summer of 2008.

My Interests

I suppose one interest is being interested in things. Making mix tapes, reading the Movie Answer Man, solo trips to the cinema, going to parks, dance parties in the afternoon with the lights off, college football, red wine (two for a fiver!), gin, talking to new people, talking to old friends, just talking, re-reading books, walking around New York.

I'd like to meet:

Basically, anyone who wants to be involved with the documentary.
(to be interviewed, to edit, etc)
