Prince aka "The Funky Native Rebel-X" or Rebel-X or now just call me 'X' of XR Entertaiment or XR Productions. Either way I'm running the show here. I've been participating in the music feild for about 18 years plus. From Rapping and performing in talent shows against substance abuse. From loosing and getting booed at (that wasn't too pleasant), That's cause I use to rap off beat. I starting writting political and revolutionary ryhms following Groups like P.E., B.D.P. and my favorite X-Clan. Which bruoght me to the light and to learn about culture and religion, art, science, and mathamatics. It also opened the door to learn about Malcolm-X (El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz) and life and relgion of embracing Islam and being a true Muslim. That's when in 1990 I took my shahada. And changed my name to Sietu Abdul Al-Waduud. Still carrying my stage names. That still didn't help. I ended falling to the streets. Started Hustling. Not to be compared to Hustle & Flow. But I did the drug selling thing. That didn't work. I found out I can make beats, once I started that my rap skills got better. But then all I can rap about was Pimps & Hos. Cause that's what I was good at. getting my Cock Socked. Even though it wasn't right I did it. Besides, nobodys perfect. Everybody has their faults. So I went back to my roots at the Masjid where mulims go to pray. This was about 1999. I took the name ,"Abdul -Hameed". Which means,"Servant of the most Gracious". Still carrying my stage name which by now through people being to lazy to say the whole thing. They just called me 'X'. From bouncing around using different peoples equipment to make beats, I was getting better and better. I had bought a keyboard off of a freind and mentor in producing Dj Victor Marfioso. It had got stolen from my house. I took time out. Got another one. Then when I got the computer I found out I can master making beats and mixing them on Frootyloops. I went from 1-Frootyloops 6 Producer's Edition. Now I'm unstopable. Espeacialy after I hooked up with some of the finest, freshest artists I could ever meet and work with. From My main man Illa from Fortgreen Brooklyn, NY. We dropped a CD in 2002 called," Called Brooklyn Style". It did well for the amount of copies we printed up. It was on the local radio station WBRU 95.5,Next is my muslim Brothers from Newark, NJ. We formed a group called,"Wall Street Arristocrats back in 2003". All due respect to Black Wall Street on the westcoast. Then about a year and a half ago I met the Princess of hip hop/rap& R&B Maria Lee who could rap & sing her ass off. She aslo has song on the local radio stations. Previous to us getting together. Next we have Shane Lee The R&B King of The State of Rhode Island. Whom I just met the summer of 2005 while I was scouting for new talent in downtown Providence. We've been putting in work and got alot acomplished. There's many other talented individuals that I haven't mention that have projects in the works with me. So look out for them under the name of XR Entertainment.
