Music - absolutely ALL of it, but mostly rock ... and always Glenn. Keeping fit - though my trainer would disagree! Acupuncture, reflexology, brisk walks, long strolls with my dog - always need to get back to nature to help me cope with the rat race. Absolutely love pole dancing. Reading - about people and their lives. Voluntary work - not like I used to but ... passionate about the elderly and everything they've sacrificed for the rest of us and do stuff for Help The Aged from time to time - www.helptheaged.org.uk. Also helped those with mental health issues - we all have mental health, so nurture it! Motorbikes / drag racing - used to be a massive part of my life and got good bros from all walks of life, some of whom I love more than life itself. Meditation - is good for the mind, body and soul. Buddhism - and its philosophy. Do not obsess about material possessions and step back once in a while ... just be, and be happy. Love my music, my family, my cats and dog, my real friends, my life - and try and help to bring value to the lives of others.
No-one in particular though would have been honoured to have met Sinatra and Pavarotti. There are many beautiful people on this planet, and I've been blessed to have met quite a few of them over the years. Need a bigger broomstick to get around!!

Glenn, Rufus, Prince, Linkin Park, Timberlake, The Divine Miss M, Marshall Mathers, Hendrix, Bolan, Beach Boys, Sinatra, Journey, Pavarotti, Anastacia, Heather Headley, Mary J Blige, Alvin Lee, Leona Lewis, Eva Cassidy, Ella Fitzgerald, Maria Callas ... with an abundance of dance music thrown in every now and then.
