Frannie Annie was born in Harlem Hospital, and was raised Uptown in Harlem. She attended Countee Cullen Elementary School. She attended The Boys Choir of Harlem Inc. for Junior High,Vanguard highschool, and graduated from E.A.R Westside Highschool in 2002. As a young girl, Frannie has always been a performer. She started out in modern dance classes when she was 5, where she also studied Ballet, Tap and African Dance. This required her to perform recitals in front of auditoriums filled with people.This is where she began to gain experience performing in front of large crowds.During these years she became a cheerleader and was titled captain after the first year(as captain she had to choreograph cheers teach them to 21 girls, hustle up money for uniforms by cake sales etc., get shirts made the whole nine yards) .Fran remained captain throughout junior highschool which concluded her time as a cheerleader. At the age of 14, Frannie began to rap, at first for fun and games,to her and her sisters, until people began to enjoy it and she began to take it seriously. In Junior High, she took up percussion, piano and music lessons. This is when she learned to read music and count bars and so on. In highschool, Fran became a beast... She would write in class, on the train, on the stoop, anywhere. She began doing her first shows in the bars of Harlem and downtown with her good friend and mentor, Chin Wah. In 2004, Fran relocated to Richmond, VA where she soon met the CEO's of Punchline Entertainment, they immediately linked and been banging the streets of Richmond ever since. Frannie Annies style is so out of the ordinary, people have no choice but to love it
