rock/grunge/indie (MUSIC), i like going to see live music/festivals etc. Is tea an interest?i have decided that it is. Music more-endevouring to get myself in a band but being way too scared to do anything other than sort of learn pixies bass lines and sing-but only secretly.reading,film,other things that cool cats enjoy(including my cool kitten-grebo).I'm arty and really really enjoy sketching, painting and sculpture (whether i'm good or not is another matter)i enjoy having opinions on other peoples art too.i like wandering round galleries,on my own or in the company of like minded folk.I've been know to write a few angsty poems...

Right, this is pretty hard and i am very indecisive. If i had to list my favourite bands it would be really tough and i'd probably at a party if you asked me um and things for ages then go into the timeline of my evolving musical tastes-but i'm keeping it concise.I like guitar based rock type stuff...(to name a few:nirvana,distillers,greenday,pixies,the YYY's,queen adreena,tori amos,arcade fire,system of a down,pixies,interpol,regina spektor,daisy chainsaw,queen adreena,nick drake,the breeders,mew,L7,muse, Frank Blacks solo stuff, foo's,incubus,jeff buckley,jimmy eat world,tom vek,pixies,80's matchbox b-line disaster, Prodigy, Eels, aqualung, smashing pumpkins, deftones, pixies,sonic youth,modest mouse,clap your hands say yeah,pixies,bush,pixies,the spinto band,dresden dolls,peaches,lots more)I have a thing for strong female vocalists and prefer raw recordings...not lots of studio faffing for me.

Depends on my mood. donny darko,virgin suicides,heathers,lost in translation,kids,ed wood,edward scissorhands,big fish etc.requiem for a dream,pi,ghost world,igby goes down,pulp fiction,rules of attraction,woody allen films etc etc I like anything fairytale (as long as its done well) and i have a weakness for black comedy.
Television:
dark funny things mostly...Jam (any chris morris actually!),League of gentlemen,mighty boosh,monkey dust,little britain, bo selecta,twin peaks, i loved the outside season on channel 4. I like morbid documentaries on murders and cannibalism-operations are good-i like to be grossed out-and countdown.I like crap cooking and decorating programs.I have to watch antiques roadshow on a sunday, its a tradition, and i like to see how disappointed people look when they think what they had was worth a bunch and its not, and how happy people look when it is. Favourite series:this life, Six feet under (we miss your face billy), black books, spaced, futurama. ooh i like good stand-up too-(Eddie Izzard, Bill Bailey, Dylan Moran)
Books:
So many books i love...i like horrors just to read for the sake of reading (you know-car journeys, holidays) but i love really dark quirky complex plots when i really want to get into a book. Katherine Dunns 'Geek Love' is really good.brett easton ellis (american psycho,rules of attraction)lolita, the lovely bones.Favourite poets would be Sylvia Plath (the bell jar being my favouritist book ever also), Phillip Larkin, Tim Burton.
