Sounds Like: PRIMER :10 songs recorded with the assistance of producer Rafael MartÃnez del Pozo, who designs unusual ambiances for an essentially round classic sound. In Primer, David Loss’ voice is written with sound over the rhythm patterns, with more presence and expressive hues as ever. All the record is covered with American roots, but de-territorialized, disseminated in pure pop sensations. The lyrics are romantic notes referring not necessarily to feelings but rather to sensations, its vanishing point (I’m close to you where our distance grows). Primer is, at the same time, a beginning and a summary of the world of David Loss.
