Edison is one of the founders of militantsexcouncil, a diverse collective of artists, electronic musicians, and DJs that embraces the art and music of the underground culture. Edison is also responsible for such reputable events as Shocker
in Hollywood and Knobturnal in Chinatown. As a performer, he played with some of
electronic music's most influencial artists such as John Tejada, Daniel Bell,
Derrick May, Solvent, Modeselektor, Vincenzo, Kenny Larkin, Maetrik, Kero, Xpansul, Kenneth Graham, Derek Michael, Drumcell, Apendics.Shuffle, eDIT, just to name a few. Tapping into your imagination... erasing boundaries and following no rules, avoiding any type of formula... Edison knows how to play with your sanity.
Edison Elektrik's debut album "The Brand New Me" released in his digital record label Stem Synthetics puts a focus on synthetic sounds that carry lots of his unpredictable emotions. Not settling on any specific formula or sub-genre, Edison made sure he designed his album so that everyone can hear the many influences he had absorbed listening to various forms of electronic music.
