CHANGES;
I now have dreams and goals in my life. I have a fair idea where I'm going with things, and where these things lead to. I have new people in my life who have helped me turn things around for the better. I look at everyting through a new frame of mind. I do yoga, I eat antioxident rich foods, I enjoy things without ten tablespoons of added sugar. I laugh more, I actually have people I know for certain I can fall back on. I can be scared or fail or cry and not feel like a total twat. Watch this space.
