How I made my profile:
I used MyWackoSpace.com 's amazing MySpace Editor .Nos remontamos al año 2000 donde componentes de otras bandas disueltas de Barcelona fundan SACRED como cuarteto URI voz, DAVID bajo, JUAN CARLOS guitarra y JOSE MANUEL bateria. Con esta formación grabarían sus 2 demos de 5 temas "HIDDEN SECRETS" (2001) y "SACRED" (2002) ambas de gran calidad y su primer disco oficial "BEYOND THE END OF THE WORLD" (Heavencross Records) en el 2004, masterizado en Alemania por Tommy Newton, famoso por masterizar los Keepers of the seven keys de HELLOWEEN. Poco después Juan Carlos abandonaría la banda siendo sustituido por Adolfo (gitarrista de apoyo de la banda en los directos) en su puesto de guitarra pero poco después también abandonaria el grupo y tomarían el relevo dos auténticos monstruos de las 6 cuerdas FRANCESC COLOMA y ALBERT VALIENTE los actuales guitarristas, y así se consolida el grupo como quinteto. Con esta formación graban en el 2006 su trabajo "TRANSITIONS" que ha sido masterizado en los STERLING STUDIOS de New York City por UE NASTASI (Yngwie Malmsteen,Biohazard) , una autentica joya de disco. El 23 de febrero del 2007 José Manuel hasta ese momento batería de la banda, abandona oficialmente el grupo por motivos familiares que le impiden seguir desarrollando su actividad musical, es cuando NOÉ HUERTA entra a formar parte de la banda ocupando la batería Recientemente ha realizado una exitosa gira como grupo invitado de los norteamericanos STRYPER, la cual a dado lugar a muy buenas criticas a nivel nacional,ademaás de diversas apariciones en prensa escrita e internet.La banda ha compartido cartel con cantidad de grupos internacionales como RIOT,MINDFLOW,ADAGIO,BARON ROJO,STRYPER etc y en este momento se encuentran en fase de composición de lo que será su tercer trabajo de estudio, el cual contará con la colaboración de artistas internacionales.SACRED, band from Barcelona founded in 2000 by 4 members from other bands of the region, Uri Canalias( Voice), Jose Manuel Nu..ez (drums), David Trujillo (bass) and JC (guitar).With this formation SACRED recorded its first Demo “HIDDEN SECRETS”, its second Demo “SACRED” and its first official album called BEYOND THE END OF THE WORLD (mastered in Germany by Tommy Newton, famous by mastering the Keeper of the seven Keys of Helloween) with quite good acceptance from the audience, in fact, it was distributed at an international level.When things seemed to be working out, JC (guitar) leaves the band because of some music discrepancies with the rest of the members.After a lot of castings they decided to incorporate two new guitars to the band and that is when Albert Valiente and Francesc Coloma joined SACRED, really two monsters of the six strings. This is how the band become a quintet.SACRED waited for a period of time to compose and also get well connected before starting the recording of their album, ”TRANSITIONS”. This second album of the band has been mastered out of our frontiers, this time in the U.S.A., at the Sterling Sound Studios of New York, looking for an up-to-date sound but never loosing their identity as a band.Uri Canal..as (voice), David Trujillo (bass), Albert Valiente (guitar), Francesc Coloma (guitar), Noé Huerta(drums)TRANSITIONS, Recorded at BxB studios in Barcelona, Spain and mastered at Sterling Sound, NYC, ''Transitions'' is a difficult album to pinpoint stylistically. The individual and group influences that have helped defined the sound of this new work are as far apart as Dream Theatre are from U2, or Linkin Park are from Coldplay and as close as Bon Jovi may be to Nikelback. In their sophomore work, Sacred have developed a sound that still defines them as outsiders of the Spanish music market scene, but which is considerably more in tune with contemporary styles that thrive in the rest of Europe and America.The commercial development and further promotional support of their first album ''Beyond the End of the Worl'' (2004), motivated them to strive for a innovatieve sound while maintaining the band..s own energy and identity.The material on ''Transitions'' was developed through group rehearsal work as well as the intense and detailed oriented recording sessions. Sacred have gone beyond the newcomer stage and deliver a superior and more mature collection of tracks that immediately position the band as a force to be reckoned with.
